Blackberry Jam
So last week I was feeling very domestic and since in the northwest blackberries are at their best, I went out and picked a bucket full. :) And I made some really yummy jam! What makes the jam extra good is how easy it is to make! All you do is:
1. Make sure you have at least 2 cups of blackberries
2. Combine 2 cups of sugar into 2 cups of blackberries and mix together.
3. Pour in a saucepan and heat on high for about 10 minutes then heat on medium-low for about 15 minutes.
4.Once ready scrape foam off top and pour into jars or a heat proof bowl. Cool over night and enjoy the next morning!
